⏳ How to use Fasting Timer

The Fasting Timer helps you track your eating and fasting windows accurately. Normally, you start it after your last meal and stop it the next day before your first meal.


⏲️ Fasting Timer Usage

  1. Please, finish your last meal of the day

  2. On the main Program page, find the Fasting Timer under the Calendar

  3. Before starting the timer for the first time, review the suggested (or current) fasting and eating windows

  4. Continue with the one that is set, or adjust it by following these steps:

    1. After selecting START FASTING, click on Fasting Timer window (except the action button)

    2. Scroll down and select EDIT FASTING CYCLE

    3. Choose one cycle: 13:11, 16:8, or 18:6

    4. Select CHANGE CYCLE to save your choice

  5. Select START FASTING to begin your fasting window

  6. Confirm finishing eating window by selecting STOP AND START FASTING

  7. The next day, before eating your first meal, log in again

  8. Select END FASTING to start your eating window

  9. Confirm finishing fasting by selecting STOP AND START EATING

ℹ️ If you haven't started using the Fasting Timer yet, begin with the fasting cycle you selected during the sign-up process. You can change it at any time after starting the timer.
